Assign Storage Location

This utility allows users to select a site(s) or site group and Inventory item(s) to assign them to a Storage Location all at once.

Select Sites or Site Groups from the Select grid.
- Either the sites or site groups from your district will display in the grid, depending on which option you select.
Select a bid group from the Bid Group dropdown list. These is set up in Administration: Bid Group Setup.
Select an item group from the Item Group dropdown list. These is set up in Administration: Item Group Setup.
Select an account category from the Account Category dropdown list. These is set up in Administration: Account Category Setup.
Select a storage location from the Set Storage Location dropdown list. These are set up in Administration: Storage Location Setup.
Click Save.
- All items selected for the selected sites/site group will then be set to the selected storage location.
